Hey there, nice to see you on my profile, hope it doesn't disappoint! I love startups, love people, and love technology of all sorts. I'm a firm believer that all good products have amazing teams behind them, and that all good SaaS companies have amazing Customer Experience teams. I was lucky enough to be a founding member of Looker's Department of Customer Love, which Google called out as one of the top 3 reasons they acquired us back in 2019. What I learned there is that a good company will do whatever it takes to make their customers successful.
