I think the shift from trusting a “company branded AI” to being able to trust AI experts could be a game changer. People aren’t ready to trust faceless nameless AI.

Cool product. Question: why isn't it easier to use the many YouTube videos that show you how to play specific songs. I'm a piano player myself and they're quite good, but I've also seen young kids teach themselves to play piano with these videos. Why is Simply Piano better?

I actually like the chutzpah of charging that much and my guess is that you'll get buyers. What's early traction look like?

Btw -- saw someone listed Intercom as a similar product. As an Intercom user, I wouldn't compare it with ReplyAll. Content sites and bloggers use ReplyAll to publish interviews, panels and debates as content on their site, not in order to communicate with customers/users.
