I have to say the "fragmented time" statistic in one of the screenshots is brilliant! Really helps to put the amount of time confetti into context.

I use Grammarly to check my tendency to get lazy. ChatGPt... this can be dangerous. I enjoy using LLMs to generate ideas, maybe even outlines. I recommend against using it to generate the actual body text of any public-facing written material. Outputs are the sum of the worst writing on the internet. This is easy--if by "same office" you mean physical space, then the answer is "good." One imagines sharing a life is much more involved than sharing a workspace. I go through waves. First there's a small spawn of an idea. Then it starts to congeal into something resembling a possible MVP.
