We've been building Revifide, and we're the only review platform focused on the upward trend in social media shops with an open & transparent community. We focus on all of our visitors from reviewers to readers to small businesses. We feel our engagement with these stakeholders will make us stand out.

It works as long as you find the right balance between going out and getting fresh air and then back to the computer. It's much more fun when you have a co-founder with similar interests :)

Take as many short breaks as you can, and play a podcast in the background. It helps set a peaceful working environment, and helps with productivity a lot

Indie Hackers deliver amazing content, it's always relevant and they always interview up and coming entrepreneurs. It's very relatable to startup founders and I enjoy reading the tips.

Freemium allows users more time to trial and test the software. It allows to build a relationship with the brand, and eventually lead to a long-term sale. Usually with free trials, customers cancel the trial once it ends.

We provide empathy with our customer service, AI is great at automating and thinking quickly. But we as humans are able to provide since empathy when speaking to customers and to help them out. Maybe this might change in the future!

This is a great idea! The pictures are of high quality. I would say have one hero header, and then as the user scrolls, tell a story. I see headers centered and some aligned left. You also have a great opportunity to use one of your images as a header image, make the user feel like they are part of a story/ journey. Build something you will actually enjoy waking up to do

Freemium! Free trials end too quick without giving the opportunity to learn more about the tools. It is also less pressure to pay. As a customer I'd be more inclined to upgrade from a freemium model once I know the tool well.

At Revifide we're targeting Gen Z / Millenials as they are the primary users shopping at online small businesses

I've spent hours researching what are the best brand colours for a startup and why. I find it all comes down to your audience. Gen Z like bright, colourful (think TikTok) whereas clothing boutiques aimed at young girls go for Pink or Nude - warmer toned colours.
