I think there would always be someone to make the prompts for AIs, manage them, and check if they work properly, ensuring that they deliver the product we asked for. I believe developers would do that job, with some assist coding.

As an introvert myself, I have one tip I can share that worked for me. It's trying to focus only on the person that I am presently interacting with, one at a time, and trying to show genuine interest in that person. After one or two of these interactions, it becomes much easier to handle multiple interactions. I hope it works for you too!
