2023 Wrap up: Top Lesson Learned Was...

As we head into 2024, we build on what we've learned and try our best to carry those lessons forward. For me, it was all about perserverance. Having a clear goal, putting my head down and focusing on something actionable I can do 'today', not peeking at the result, just the process. The result? I built out our brand new headquarters from the ground up, started and completed v2 of our app, launched a completely revamped brand, pulled one of my companies up from a horrendous sales slide, and advised on more than 6 different businesses in various stages of growth.
