Here are my personal favorites:
- Atomic Habits
This book has been a game-changer for me. It teach you how to build good habits and break bad ones so you can be more productive.
- Getting Things Done
Most common productivity book. As the title says, this book will teach you how to get everything out of your head, so you can get things done.
- Essentialism - Feeling overwhelmed? This book will help you focus on what's truly important, so you can be more productive.

Getting Things Done is a classic. Here are 3 of my favorites, though they're more related to productive company-building than personal productivity:
- Find Your Why (by Simon Sinek)
It's really easy to get lost in *what* you're doing, and forget the *why*. But the why is what ultimately drives people.
- Traction (by Gino Wickman)
Really useful frameworks for thinking about organization, delegation, and company strategy.
- The Lean Startup (by Eric Ries)
Another classic, it's always good to go back to basics.

Honestly, reading books on productivity makes me less productive most of the time
Better to just take action
@richard_gao2 Yeah at first I experienced this too, probably you can listen to audible books or summary to understand the key points.
But me personally, it helps reduce the use of social media usage by replacing it with books
