Hi! I'm a designer and I'm working on an (interesting to me) visualization of all the video being shared right now on Twitter related to the protests. [Best on Desktop] https://policeat.work/ Started out as just an interesting visualization I wanted to do, but if I come up with something interesting for mobile/tablet I think it could be good for a website like this to exist. Thanks for checking it out!

@futhey this is really powerful and important initiative. makes me angry and sad to see of course, but its important that people can see what is happening on the front lines. the use of excessive force by the police is scary and unacceptable. good luck with this project.
James Futhey
@daverad Thanks for checking it out! Every day I end up seeing video that makes me think I need to completely update things, because it just seems to be getting worse.
Prakhar Shivam
@futhey I love your take on visualizations + visuals + interaction. This is powerful. I'm wondering if this could have some applications around environmental/social causes.

Hey Makers, Just launched a remote job board on ProsperCircle.org - https://www.prospercircle.org/ Now, before you say another job board. Take a second to read why I created another remote job board. There are three reasons listed here - https://www.prospercircle.org/about However, the TL;DR of the three reasons (squished in 2 bullet points) is: 1. The ProsperCircle.org tool uses NLP to analyze each job post to identify skills in the job. Applicants can glance over the skills and see if they match these skills they should add them to their resume. This is to help with Applicant Tracking System Screening. Here is the screenshot https://go.aws/2XGP7rU 2. We are only listing jobs from leading organizations and exciting startups. Our goal is not to have the most extensive jobs, but have the highest quality remote jobs available anywhere on the web. Would be amazing to read your feedback and suggestions. Thank you, Salil

Hi yall. I just put together and posted a kit with pre-made buttons that works for both Sketch and Swift. So that designers can put well made buttons with spinner states and flexible layouts in their design, and devs don't need to worry about writing boiler plate or reinventing things. Check it out here https://www.tobiasrenstrom.com/p... https://www.producthunt.com/post...

Hey πŸ‘‹ I launched Fifty on PH yesterday. Fifty is a way to discover interesting products/projects by Indie Hackers in fifty characters or less. You can click through one-by-one, view a random project, or add your own project to the list. Would love it if you guys could check it out, I would appreciate any feedback you have to offer on how to grow Fifty from this point forward. Cheers, Hessel
James Tennant
@dijkstrah_ That sounds really interesting, Hessel. I would agree with a couple of the comments you've had on your PH page that the design could use a bit more thinking, but it's a nice concept. Good luck with it.
Hessel Dijkstra
@james_tennant Thank you, and I agree - there is still a lot of work to be done, but there has been some progress πŸ˜… https://twitter.com/getfiftyinhe...
James Tennant
@dijkstrah_ Yeah, it looks like it's going well!

@dijkstrah_ Nice! Checking it out right now.

Hi all! This is Jaga, I'm working on https://summarypanda.com/, a website where you can find shorter version of looong contents you find online. These days we find a lot of long articles and videos on the internet that might distract us if we're working on something and need a quick answers for our search. I thought it would be better if we can find shorter version of good articles with lot of additional explanations. Help me with feedback. About the website, any point that can help me is really welcome!
Alexandra Yeo
@jaga_deep Cool idea! For the landing page, perhaps show what the video contents and wordpress articles that are posted are about - I didn't get what they are supposed to be. Also tried pasting a wikipedia URL but it didn't work, which I think students might do for school-related purposes.

@alexandra_yeo Thank you so much for your feedback!!! May I know what error you did get when adding the link? It would be really helpful for me. Did you try searching the Wikipedia article? There are many contents to be added to the site. I'm still working on it.
Alexandra Yeo
@jaga_deep I used the "search for URL" function for "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fr...", and the error was "URL: "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fr..., Not Found". Would I have to add the link at /add-new-content first?

@alexandra_yeo Yes, It is a crowd sourced content website. Google already uses AI to provide short Youtube videos and summaries based on our searches. some are closely accurate. I thought if there is a platform that has content shortened by real people will have more accurate shortened articles and Youtube videos. Example:- This Youtube video has a shortened version when we search for it using the title on google but you can see the difference on Summarypanda's version and google's version https://summarypanda.com/youtube...
Drew Terry
@jaga_deep Hi, I think you need an easily understandable example on how the site is supposed to work. Maybe provide a sample url that someone can try that will have a good result.

Hi folks, I have just launched in beta my product today: Portfollow (https://www.portfollow.io/). I'd love your feedback on anything, really! Portfollow is an app that allows you to achieve your investment goals. You can track all your investments on it, from any platform (eg. Robinhood, Freetrade, Vanguard, Coinbase, etc.). It provides insight about your global allocation and portfolio re-balancing. I am still in the early phase (I challenged myself to build and ship something in less than 4 weeks). Thanks for your help.

Hi Makers! We've just launched β€˜Community Calling’ in Southwark, a community-driven initiative in partnership with O2 and Community Southwark encouraging people to gift their unused smartphones to socially isolated and vulnerable residents. Our initial pilot is in Southwark, London with ambitions to expand to other areas or nationally if it is successful. Every phone gifted will be data-wiped and sterilised and comes with SIM card loaded with data and a helpline. What do you think of the landing page? https://www.hubbub.org.uk/commun... And if anyone has experience driving traffic and getting conversions for a product like this please get in touch. We've had some local and national press and a positive response and now we would like to increase the number of people who complete the user journey and send the phones through to us. Alexandra Yeo
@samar_kundal Great website! Love the images and graphics. The analytics feature seems like the part that would differentiate from existing task management platforms in the market. It might be helpful to do a quick comparison with existing products, since there are many products out there in the market. Looks great overall :)
Samar Kundal
@alexandra_yeo Thanks for taking time to review We are trying to differentiate us from task management apps. Initially, we are focusing more on the analysis and reporting to measure and improve productivity but later on, we will be expanding our features for task and project management.

Hi @lluis_m_ventura I really liked the idea and the bold design on your website. I would love to know how you onboarded some big names as your primary customers. Thanks
JM pruski
@lluis_m_ventura I love this idea! I added it as an extension on Chrome on my laptop. You've got yourself a new user!
Alexandra Yeo
Hi @lluis_m_ventura! I too love the colorful and bold graphics on the landing page. A few comments about the landing page that I would give would be about the phrasing, for instance "Transform meetings into grow" sounds a little awkward - you could try a different phrasing like "Grow together as a team". The phrasing "Get aligned, boost your day, feel part of a team" and "Collaboration should be simple, and effective, that's why we live your Calendar. For everyone, with everyone." feels a little long - I would perhaps distill it to "Get aligned" and "Collaboration should be simple and effective" respectively, since you've already used "we live in your calendar" in the first segment of your landing page. It's great that you have a YouTube video in the Chrome extension page! Is it possible to place it in your landing page too? It'll be good to have some voiceover too. Overall, an exciting and much needed product :)
LluΓs Ventura
@alexandra_yeo thanks for your feedback! Really helpful. I will use it!!!

Hey Everyone We launched our first product here on sunday, but struggled to target the right audience. Link: https://www.producthunt.com/post... Its about productivity and music. Thanks in advance, I hope everyone likes the product.

πŸ‘‹ PH'ers! We are preparing to launch Reflect & Reset next week: https://www.reflection.app/refle... Given that so many people are currently in a time of transition and looking for ways to reconnect with what is truly important we created this free 14-day journaling experience to help people foster gratitude and reconnect with their authentic selves. I'd love any feedback on the Reflect & Reset landing page, and some beta-testers for any of you in transition or interested in journaling, self-reflection, and personal growth. Thanks! Dave

@daverad That is a fantastic landing page. What did you use to create it? I thought it was well laid out, the hierarchy was great and the copyrighting is very well done. I could not get the About us link at the bottom of the page to work, or at least it does not "move" you when you are already at the bottom of the page.
