Work From Home vs. Office work vs. Freelancing

After some months in this s***y situations, I feel an advantage, that a lot of us are working remote now, and I think this will bring some now opportunities. But it's not about this, I have a question for you.
What is your current work situation and are you willing to change? WFH, office or freelancing? What advantages/disadvantages are bringing each of them and why do you prefer one over other?

I know I'm in the minority here, but I absolutely do not believe that people can be as productive in WFH as in an office space. I'm not saying they need direct oversight, but based on what I've seen from myself and my friends, it takes much more energy to stay focused at home than it does in a space dedicated to working. Just look at how much people slack off in online vs in-person classes.
