I learn Norwegian and French with Duolingo, Anki and Mango. But Clozemaster is better for sentence construction, if you already know some vocab. Lingodeer is the best app for learning Korean, Japanese or Chinese. Right now, I'm using the same platform that I started learning English with about six months ago. I like Promova, and I think the promova grammar section is especially good, since it really has a lot of good materials on English grammar. If you need an app, not just a web version, Promova has a good mobile app.
