I think it boils down to either invest time or money.
If you want to invest time:
- produce content and build an audience (blog posts, YouTube videos, (e)books, articles)
- You can also register your startup in startup directories. This is less effective IMO.
If you want to invest time:
- google adwords, YouTube advertisements, twitter Ads,
