I'm working on building a scheduling app for the WomenMake "Just F*ing Ship It" challenge. https://meetschedu.com

@itstayfay Woo hoo! I know a couple folks who are in that challenge. Keep shipping! Would love to see some screenshots of the product when you get time to update the site.

Need to Launch Taskord in PH and everywhere https://taskord.com
Sumit Datta [dwata] 👋
@bigint That's the way to go. Always get deals from large corps. Even without being open source I have gotten startup deals without being in any accelerator and stuff for many years. Just approach the right people on LinkedIn and ask ;)
Sumit Datta [dwata] 👋
@bigint The site looks good. How are you differentiating from other similar sites? Or is that not a priority at the moment?

@sumitdatta Yes there is Makerlog and WIP but! Makerlog has ads, and technically the site is slow WIP is too costly But we are open source and has lot of free features that are not yet available in both platforms. We are also working on Open Source mobile app for both Android and iOS!
Sumit Datta [dwata] 👋
@bigint How do you intend to make money in that case? ML is also trying a Gold version to make money. Speed of a website is important but is it enough to actually get things moving?

@sumitdatta We have patron plans too https://taskord.com/patron and I'm not spending single money for servers, emails, etc except the domain name, due to the nature of open source AWS, DigitalOcean, GitPod, Cloudflare ang 10+ companies sponsored us to make Taskord and Open source sustainable. We already got a lifetime subscriber during the alpha release itself!
