What's the best business model for this idea?

The idea being a product placement marketplace - connecting brands with Airbnbs and hotels. The brand sends a space products for free/discount in exchange for feedback, product placement via QR codes which also offer a discount to those looking to purchase. If the space likes the product they can then place wholesale orders. What would be possible ways to monetize this?
