What is the best way to set up an email referral program for newsletters?

I have a weekly newsletter: https://www.unifiedawareness.landen.co and want to increase audience outreach. I have found that referrals work really well with my target audience but am unable to find a way to develop a program to allow users to track the progress of their referrals and have each distinct user to have their own referral page.
