About launch - how can you tell your product is ready to launch?

I'm preparing the launch for our product, which is an AI video generator with character consistency. While we're optimizing our model each day, I feel like it's never gonna be ready to launch - there's always so much more room to improve. Or, a product doesn't need to be perfect to launch? It's for getting early users to test you product and constantly improve it day by day?
