Advice on community app/merchant onboarding

Hi, I am putting together a community app with merchant signing up to offer hyperlocal deals. What would be an ideal MVP/no code tech stack to start and scale? Ideally the participating merchants can customise their promos (duration, locality, premium feature etc) in a simple straightforward manner on the platform.

Airtable as your no code database, Airtable also have workflows and integrations built in, so you can send emails when triggers happen - like an order is placed, etc.
Softr as your no code frontend. Softr has a good integration with Airtable.
But in general when things like payments and personalisation will kick in, you will have to eventually migrate to a code platform.
Further, if you need any more help in finding out the details on how this can be implemented, do connect.
