    After the launch, do we plan to offer our services for free or charge users? If we decide to charge, when would be the appropriate time to implement the pricing model?

    To find customers is hard. As for free as for payable version. I think that better start with payable version. You can always offer the discounts. But monetization scheme must work from the first day.
