AI agency

I run an AI agency in a specific niche building custom LLM on own data. We believe this is a huge potential opportunity for the use of AI - we've experimented with many OpenAI wrappers but this market is just saturated. I am looking at ways of expanding out and one way is to offer our AI Agency set up as a ready made business including our lead gen templates, marketing, step by step guide and also out AI templates. The user simply needs to sell and implement. I'm not sure if the bear way to structure this - either as a membership website (pay once and access for 12 months), 1-2-1 training (higher cost) or just a simple download for a lower fee. Thoughts on this would be appreciated?
