AI convert record and convert to text

I'm not a good taking notes at the same time of meeting, conversation. The other was reading that there are some AI tools that help you to record the conversation and transform it to text and also can highlight the most important or make you a summary. Can you recommend me anything like this, I was thinking to use Otter but it only allows you English, I am looking something with Englisd and Spanish. Thank you wizards!
