Alternative to doom scrolling?

Hi everyone, I'm building a platform product and I'm implementing a feed scroll for it. But personally I'm against doom scrolling as I've wasted a lot of my time on Instagram but I can't think of any other viable alternatives.
Although my platform is productive I just wanted to ask is there something other than doom scrolling to keep up to date on a platform without taking a toll on users?
Let me know anything regarding this. It might save some of my future users from wasting more time than necessary.
Thanks

@owlmaniac Sorry didn't understand it at first. So you mean something like "balanced information", or sorting the feed without unnecessary scrolling so that you receive the most relevant content, yes? If yes, I haven't discovered something like that. When I want to sort information, for Twitter (eg) – I use X Pro to select "Tabs" I want to follow as the priority + filter topics in Settings and set reminders for accounts I want to follow. Unfortunately, haven't found the 3rd party platform that would be offering this + for more than one social media platform. But think it would be great to have something like this "smart social media/content management platform" that would gather "the best of".
@busmark_w_nika Thanks Nika, but guess I wasn't clear. My question is not about how not to do doom scrolling. My question is from a platform stand point like twitter or Facebook, what is alternative to doom scrolling to keep up to date in a platform. I mean every platform has doom scrolls, I just wanted to know and maybe try if there is an alternative for platforms to implement.
If you're interested in being up to date on info there are many alternatives. You can subscribe to a newsletter. There's millions out there.

Hey there! Why not sprinkle some "scrolls of knowledge" instead of falling into the abyss of doom scrolling? Think of it as feeding your brain with nutritious content instead of junk food for the mind! Time to level up that feed game!
