ClickUp is pretty great for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress on projects. It has a clean interface and lets you organize things in different views like lists, boards, calendars, etc. TimeHero is another one I've heard good things about for automatic time tracking and productivity insights, but haven't used it myself. What specific features are you looking for in a tool?

Todoist is great. Shameless plug, but if you're on Mac / iOS, you can also check out Defer ! It's a bit simpler and streamlined compared to Todoist if you just need something simple.
