Most common new years resolutions I see pertain to fitness. Does anyone have any fitness goals for 2023? What are they? My goal is to get back into a gym. Been doing at home calisthenics workouts for 2 years now since covid!

My goal is also to get back to the gym. It is hard to find time for regular training at home for me.

My friend, who is a professional coach, always provides valuable advice on sports-related matters. Recently, he recommended a supplement that has proven highly beneficial for me. You can find it here at Arcas Nutrition T5 PRO. These supplements have assisted me in reducing body fat, lowering cholesterol levels, and significantly improving the strength and density of my bones.

I started going to the gym around 3 months ago and it's honestly a game-changer. No specific goals in mind, just trying to get into the gym at least 3 times every week

I've taken a few surf lessons, so my goal for 2023 is to get better at it step-by-step. I need to work on my physical performance, flexibility (my back is quite stiff), and also train systematically.

Yes! My goal is to exercise with 100 new people in 2023. I built an app (link in my profile page), for people to schedule and join in-person workouts with others. Richard, if you're interested in crushing your goal to get back to the gym in 2023 and beyond, I'd like to offer a suggestion: finding a gym buddy to stay motivated & keep each other accountable. You got this!

@joelalcedo Thanks! Just some advice, PH does limit links in posts, but if you like like this: "plankler.com" or my site "evoke-app.com", then it will not prevent you from posting. Btw, your website header for plankler is broken Not showing the full text for "plankler"
@richard_gao2 just gave the website a big overhaul, your suggestion got me thinking that I hadn't really spent much time on the site (as I had been coding up the mobile app for the past 6-7 months!). Thanks Richard!
