@vladislavs_sprengels Agreed. Everyone has high and low energy days. It is critical that the team knows how to support each other when needed - transparency and honest retrospectives are critical. 
Teammates need to see why they are putting in their best work and a great way to do that is to constantly highlight how they are adding value to the product.

I find that fostering an open and positive environment, setting clear and achievable goals, recognizing individual contributions, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth significantly boosts my team's motivation!
