Any way to get LinkedIn permission r_member_social?

Hi everyone, for our app, I need LinkedIn permission r_member_social to access personal accounts' posts. However, in the API documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/marketing/lms-faq?view=li-lms-2023-02) it's declared a "closed permission". Still, many other apps are apparently accessing personal posts. Is there a way to get access to that permission or to take over unused apps holding that permission? I'd be happy if anyone could help.
