Anyone bullish on influencer marketing?

I've been on the startup side (hiring influencers). I'm also an influencer myself. Something I notice: 1. Many startups expect conversions from influencer campaigns when it's supposed to be brand awareness. This means instead of treating it like buying an ad slot on the influencer's profile, it would be more beneficial to have a long-term collaboration with multiple videos to build trust in the startup's product 2. A lot of companies are willing to pay more for email ad placements, not IG posts (not subject to the algorithm). But not a lot of influencers have an email list or know how to make one - some don't even see the need for one Wondering if there's a gap in the market here and an opportunity? Ex) for me to train influencers on setting up their email lists to get more sponsorships from companies, but also for companies to get their product seen in front of people in a more guaranteed way instead of relying on social media algorithms. Keen to hear anyone's thoughts and experiences on this topic! I strongly believe creators are the future of marketing (people buy from people they trust, everyone ignores ads unless they're super unique).
