Anyone else building for just MacOS/iOS?

I built my product using SwiftUI, so it runs natively across MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS, but that's it. No Android, windows, or web... but also full data privacy for my users, and no back-end costs for me! I work at a company that does not allow the use of web-back-end SaaS products for security reasons, that's why I built it that way. Wondering if anyone else here is Apple echo system only?
