Anyone else going through the same?

Running email campaigns with more than 70% open rate seems nice but reply rates are less than 2%. More than 200 cold emails have been sent.

most cold outreach tools allow us to make A/B test for the email body. try different approaches on how to pitch your product.
here are a few ideas:
- extremely short email - focus on one key value your product can deliver and propose to share more details if it's interesting
- a long email with your benefits - for some products it works this way
- different CTA at the end of the email: "Are you interested in more details?"; "If you're interested, let me know and I'll send details"; "Read more details here [landing page / pdf]", "We can jump on 15 min call, when are you able to talk?"

I think most people hate markety emails nowadays, so most newsletters go to spam due to the very low threshold for undelivered rate (0.5%) before the big companies like Google auto-fwd all emails from flagged domain to spam (if you browse your spam folder, you will find many from popular companies). So a high open rate might just be they want to remind themself how they got on the spam list, or curious who sent it (before marking as spam)
what's your CTA on the emails? That could drastically affect the reply rate.
It depends on you CTA

The low reply rates indicate that the cold emails might not be personalized or relevant enough to engage the recipients. Focus on tailoring the content to the specific needs and interests of the target audience to improve response rates. Analyze and refine the email content, subject lines, and call-to-action to increase engagement and generate better results.
Seems like you subject and everything before opening is super relevant for the user.
But maybe the body is not transmitting the idea well enough or fast enough.
Break it down maybe 50 each with different mail bodies and experiment on what works best 😁

Depending on how you made the strategy.

Try different CTA's. Will help you in better analyzing the campaigns.
Also, maybe try changing the people you are reaching out to..
