This seems incredibly interesting. We hire globally, and often we spend a lot of time ensuring compliance with local standards, such as when we must disclose rates. Additionally, in the rush of things, it becomes quite challenging to maintain gender neutrality while documenting requirements. I will definitely keep an eye on JobWiz!
