My #1 is the power of user-led growth! It's crazy how you can make your users grow your product for you.
During my last job, I was on the lookout for such a platform, but wasn't able to find it. That's why I am building Cello: the all-in-one referral platform! (cello.so)

Cello looks like a great idea. I visited your website. Just one thing: your pricing includes both dollars and euros, which is confusing. $350/mth Up to €50k referral ARR ???

The user-led growth is definitely one of the powerful and crazy driving things that sometimes go beyond the boundary!
Actually talking to users and asking them what are their needs before trying to sell them on anything. Concentrate on your ICP and build your network, after a while it starts to expand by itself once you have a couple of reallllly happy customers. I work with SMBs so obviously things might be different for you
