If it's software, it makes sense, but if it's product, a better way is to gift something with product.

Like a tote bag or something that has a meaning to your customer, but it's not that expensive.

If you provide discounts to those user who haven't paid yet they will surely convert on discounted price.

Forget discounts, get more creative. Offer exclusivity or a dope loyalty program, etc.

Doing what everyone does for BFCM will just get you lost in all the noise.
