Do you have a non-interactive feedback form, a chatbot, or offer human customer support for your app(s)?
I’ve noticed many apps trending towards the ‘no way to reach someone’ with endless funnels of Q&As and ‘Did this answer help? 🙁🤨😃’
It's ingrained in me (from years of working in hospitality) that customer support should be a focus, especially for happy customers. But, I'm seeing a major trend where it's simply impossible to reach anyone for errors or issues that haven't been addressed in the FAQs or Knowledge Base.
