Appsflyer Attribution Issues

I've noticed in the last 12 months that Appsflyer integration with Mixpanel masks all paid acquisitions coming through Facebook. All FB acquisitions are shown as organic in Mixpanel - even though events are being posted back through Apspflyer. Anyway to sort this out? AppsFlyer support is utterly useless on the issue! Please help!
