Greetings to the community! I'm happy to share that I'm sprinting towards MVP launch of my SAAS tool. We're building a UGC marketing tool for Ecommerce Companies.
Closer to launch I'm realising there's a lot I havent been able to pay attention to.
Here's my Question that I need help with..
Are Help Docs , API Docs etc. important for PH launch?

Notaku
For some types of users a docs website if fundamental, some people hate asking for help in live chat (myself included) and if they can't understand how to complete an action they will simply leave.
If you want to quickly create a good looking docs website check out notaku.so, it uses Notion as CMS and is fully customizable (custom domain, logo, colors, font, footer, links, ...)
it also let you embed your docs inside your website with a widget :)

Help Docs are definitely not essential, however if you have capacity, they are certainly desirable, especially if your MVP solution isn't quite as user friendly as you'd like it to be.
With regards to API docs, are you hoping to target users who might build integrations with your UGC marketing tool as part of the launch? If not, you can possibly tackle them at another time.
@stevenbirchall Hey Steven! Thanks for responding to me.
I believe our solution is quite user friendly. We have worked hard to ensure the same.
Our users will definitely need to integrate with email marketing solutions like Klaviyo / Mailchimp or CRM's to make the most out of us. However, having this as part of our launch looks tough right now.
So, maybe post launch will be fine to tackle this.
Thanks once again :)
