Yes Soumya, you can set deadlines for each task and use the Pomodoro technique. In the starting, it will be difficult to manage but with time, you'll learn to balance it. It shows magical results in the workplace. Thanks!

@software_guy OMG! Used the pomodoro technique for finals and it definitely works well for me. I'd say starting with 25/5 work/break works really well.

Yes , go check OSlash it can increase your productivity drastically
When it comes to productivity while working remotely, it is all about using the right tools. For example, for me, Slack is much more than just a tool for communication. I believe that some Slack features can significantly increase productivity and the quality of communication. One that I would like to highlight is a Slackbot reminder. I set a Slackbot reminder to create daily to-do lists (/reminder command).

To be more productive in your work, you should be organized and try to plan your day. Figure out your most important tasks and start with them. And try not to think too much about some distractions or something. The other way is to think about how you are getting everything done at work.

Take breaks regularly. Every 90 minutes works best for me.

It can be tempting to avoid taking the time for a break, but when you neglect to give yourself a time-out for a few minutes, it can harm your overall productivity by resulting in fatigue or burn-out.

There are a few things that you can do to increase your productivity at work. First, make sure that you have a clear and concise working environment. This means keeping your desk clean and organized, avoiding distractions, and setting reasonable office hours. Next, establish specific goals for the day or week so that you know what is expected of you. Finally, use time-management tools like calendars or timers to help keep track of when tasks should be completed. By following these tips, you will be able to manage your time more efficiently and achieve greater results in less time!

Motivation for productive work does not arise by itself. First, internal incentives work: this is when you know why you need to work productively. Only then can we talk about external factors contributing to increased productivity. These are factors such as cleanliness on the table, the atmosphere in the workplace, a cool team or the rules of work in the company.

You'll have many chances to boost yout team and individual productivity when applying a professional project management or task management tool. My team relies on handy Gantt diagrams as they visualize all our tasks and help manage projects in a right manner. If you are looking for a reliable tool for these aims, consider GanttPRO, Trello, or Asana.
