If yes, I'm curious about the tools and methods you rely on. Do you prefer sophisticated software solutions, or do you stick to more traditional research methods?

If not, why are you not monitoring your competitors?

Yes, I do it regularly because it's an excellent source of ideas. And I do it manually.
