Which work IM are you using? Slack, Teams, Google Chats, or else? Are you happy with them? If there's one thing we can build to provide better experience than those for you, what would it be?

At my boutique branding agency, we have Slack, but I use it the most in the Workspaces of the software/AI startups I'm consulting. It is interesting how Discord went so mainstream for businesses; I just don't know how it will ever compare to the integrations that Slack has. A couple of months ago, I transitioned my team and some clients over to Twist. So far, I am loving it. So many people work in A-Sync these days, but even in traditional scenarios, Slack can be overwhelming on busy days, which is compounded by getting buried in Slack. I love how easy it is to create a new thread because, in my world, we have many different conversations going, most of them progressing at different speeds and containing project details that are far too easy to overlook in the chaos of Slack. I just downloaded Pumble over the weekend to try it out and see if it was a good fit for a client's tech stack that I am putting together. Pumble is very feature-rich, even at the free forever level, but it fills a decently large demo of groups of side hustlers or small enterprises that don't need the integrations of Slack. The price point of Pumble is sustainable. Whatever direction you go, if you design it with a minimalistic UI and a solid app, I think you will kill it
