Hey guys, when you last purchased a software tool were you swayed by the messaging of ‘solving a big pain point’ or was it more like tools to get your job done?
Or perhaps a mixture of both?

Usually, I am trying to solve a problem. I usually already have a tool for that problem, but as a productivity coach, I do continually refine my tech stack to get more and more productive.
