How do you track and prioritize all the information from different systems?

Personally I can only really focus on one thing at a time. That's why I always turn off any notifications, so that when I get notified, I know that it's important. This way I can open a tool, let's say mail, and focus on this particular tool for a period of time, before I switch to another one.

@timobechtel Jumping from task to task is proven to decrease our productivity by over 20% anyway so you are absolutely right of doing so! Distraction-blocking website browsers definitely help, I started using Sidekick lately and already noticing the difference
