I love every minute of working on this, but especially building the communtiy. I love everyone who has supported us on this journey, it's been such a delight to build an app for film and tv enthusiasts!

I'm definitely passionate about my product, but I realize it's not the only thing that's important in my life. "Hustle culture" really wants to suck you in and emphasize that your work should be your one and only focus - I disagree. That being said, if I wasn't passionate about my project I wouldn't be doing it.

We always try to select employees for the project in such a way. If a person is passionate about a given project, he will certainly achieve better results.
