These days there are many different tools for creating presentations, but it seems to me that PowerPoint templates are still popular. Do you use them?

@olga_bozhko Thanks. Got it. Do you create your own presentations or from pre-made templates?

I don't, I don't have .ppt installed in my computer and won't ever do .ppt presentations ever again. I used to make these presentations in Apple Keynote, but then I had to open ppt to fix things... Currently, I'm using Figma for these kinds of jobs, but I'd rather avoid presentations unless it's a very special client. Figma files and Figma Slides can be exported to .pdf. On Acrobat Pro you can still export the .pdf to .ppt, however, I had some things break in the process, visible in the thumbnails. Downside: Clients won't be able to edit the text and you'll have to make revisions for each period and coma missing, which can get absurdly time-consumming when the client doesn't have a full fleshed copy. Upside: You can work in your favorite software and export as .pdf and as a Figma prototype to navigate in-browser. You could also ask the client to open an account in Figma and have the option to edit the content themselves, if they feel comfortable with that. You could also use Canva as well, but I like seeing and having a whole view of all the slides to make sure they look consistent.

Absolutely, I still use PowerPoint templates. Why reinvent the wheel when Microsoft has already done the heavy lifting, right? Plus, I'm sure "Her Ideal Match" will give PowerPoint users some love by showing them how to make their dating profiles as appealing as their presentations!
No, I don’t. PowerPoint templates are still fantastic for creating polished presentations, but lately, CapCut templates are also making a splash with their dynamic animations and effects. They bring a fresh, engaging touch that PowerPoint alone might lack. (Find them at CapCut TemplateX)
