Yes, absolutely, and I think it’s a must! Why make sub par decisions for your product that you’re working so hard on just because you’re not in the best mind frame and maybe feeling burnt out? I think it’s essential that you make some time for yourself to get some quality downtime, recharge, and come back with a fresh mindset and with a lot of energy to act

With an open and transparent mind, you can. Any founder can. In fact, science says taking breaks is necessary for doing a significant task. This helps you restore energy, gives a new perspective, and most importantly, saves you from burning out.
It is hard to do it but you've got to realise if you don't you'll burn out faster than ever.
I wrote a little tweet about this a while back: https://twitter.com/thisismeiher...
@thisismeihere Thanks for sharing your story. Am curious about how you incorporate breaks into your routine now after recovering from your burnout?
I just finished play Clash of Clans and guilt free. We are not machines just take your break your business will go on and the world will not explode.
Yes, absolutely Sayoni. Taking time to recharge and rejuvenate can actually enhance productivity and creativity in the long run and not to forget self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for sustainable success.
