As a founder, how many hats have you really worn in your startup?🎩

I’ve been the Product Engineer building, the QA Engineer breaking, and the Product Manager juggling way too many things. 
I’ve switched to Product Marketer to hype it all up, dabbled as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, and yes cleaned the office because, well, someone has to! 
I’ve recruited, handled HR, written content, and even played the role of Customer Support Rep apologizing for my own mistakes.

I can relate to this post a lot, I am the CEO but also the sales and marketing manager, product owner, graphic designer, video creator, HR specialist... It is rather challenging having your own business but I wouldn't change it for the world! This is my second business as well, so it only gets busier :)

The role  I wear the most is definitely the Product Manager, but it’s always an adventure switching between all these different hats.
