As we anticipate the launch of our marketplace for sign-ups on July 17th, I'm learning the various different tasks we must own and be responsible for as a team. All things considered, I think being able to design at a high level would be extremely valuable. Also, my knowledgebase of funding is one i'm actively working on as I wrap my head around that world

Marketing. You can make the greatest product ever, but if no one knows, no one will use it. I am great at coding, but lack in marketing. I wish it was the other way around, since in my opinion, it is easier to learn to code than to market.

@bduduk Yes definitely a tough task. Would love feedback on our marketing at our launch come July 17th

What is your strategy for your marketplaces network effect for growth?

@apostolos_toptsis Our belief is we will not have as much of a problem with demand compared to our supply side but will require intentional nurturing Doing this nurturing for growth with organic and paid strategies. -Paid: Nano influencer marketing Organic: TikTok and benefiting from personalized recommendation algorithm Leveraging/Hacking Audiences of other platforms Word of mouth Product-driven growth such as shared links Any other suggestions?

@divine_rivers1 love that you actually said nano influencer marketing! I think we should talk. I’m launching a nano-influencer marketing platform. We can talk if interested. I’ll send you a connect on LinkedIn

Definitely Marketing and writing, I am a more technical person so I'm better at coding and building things but I think I'm still pretty bad at marketing, it's definitely a skill everyone needs and I am still working on it!

@matthew_ong369 Yes, how are you going about improving? The thing about being a Founder, especially for the first time s that there are a lot of learning responsibilities that you must fully own early on.

@divine_rivers1 I've been experimenting with twitter, trying to grow my connections, and watching lots of videos, also analyzing tiktok videos of the niche I want to get into what works what doesn't. Yea definitely especially since as of now I am a one man team, but hoping to find a reliable co founder in the future!
