Hey everyone, At https://onecal.io we have reached a considerable amount of beta users, and we are exploring options for more effective communication between us and our users regarding feedback, feature requests, bug reports, etc. At the moment we are using a Tally feedback form, but it's not as effective as we reply to the feedback by sending emails which is not that effective as either the users take too long to reply or don't reply at all. We have created a Discord space, but we are looking forward to suggestions on how to improve the feedback loop with our users. Thanks in advance 🙌

We combine messaging + tasks on our own platform. User queries in the chat are moved to a task board in the same space, then once there are updates we make changes to the task. This means that besides a chat you also get a full overview of the different suggestions and bug reports. Here's our internal community: https://space.new/w/1o2wzxo -- Always welcome to open a space with me and I can walk your through the workflow a bit more in depth, we even offer some special add-ons for people who are starting a community.
