    It depends, if you're a solo coder, removing every distraction is key. If you're working in a team, probably good communication and good documentation are the most important rules, at the root, the problem is the same, you need to be focused to do stuff

    @antoniodipinto That's very insightful Antonio. I am a solo coder, so most of my time is spent being locked up in my room with my computers.     Using an agile development approach with frequent iterations and regular team check-ins has been super helpful for us. Also, investing in good collaboration tools like Jira or Asana to track tasks and progress. Would love to hear what's worked well for others!

    @asherdorianthorne Very well said Asher. Another tip for product development, that has worked for me personally is to involve end-users in the feedback loop early on to ensure the product meets their needs.
