Asynchronous work is an excellent way of being productive without feeling the pressure of being watched or monitored. You can take time to finish your assigned tasks without feeling pressured to complete them fast.

@qudsia_ali Yes! And I also find that it's much easier to keep my focus on my priorities without all the micro-distractions.

It's energizing to work around other people in my opinion. But I love the async work-life apart from that.
@oscar_wehbe Yes, I totally agree! Thanks for sharing
I 💙 hybrid work
@catherine_norris me too! The days that I see you & other colleagues are extra special 🌟

@raquel_yesner I'd love to know how you'd describe your dream office 😊
Depends on the project / task. For some tasks, doing it in an async manner can just drag it out too long or add unnecessary complexities which don't exist if everyone is tackling it together at the same time.
Outside if those, async is optimal for all the reasons others have raised.
@stevenbirchall thank you for sharing your input - super valuable as always 🙏
Personally prefer to collaborate in person if I can on most things
@asiapacificrl Nice! Is there any type of follow up you'd do to make sure someone who is away (or interested in knowing the details) can be caught up to speed?

@aurther_bella Love this response - there's no one-size-fits-all model.
YES...Bcoz of it provides better resource management, reduces waste and therefore optimizes productivity. Financial planning firm Money Accounts will assist you with all your investment planning.
Asynch time gives me the time I need to complete tasks without feeling like I'm missing collaboration time with peers. 👍
