This is good advice. I'd also add that if you're just starting out, you have to do a lot of stuff that doesn't scale but it's necessary to get to your first 1, 10 or 100 users. Reddit, for example, has been amazing for us with all of our projects if you find relevant conversations, engage and plug your product where it makes sense. Don't overthink!

Best advice - keep your healthy. If you aren't healthy, you can't think about anything :)

Other than a meeting to partner or close business, eliminate all meetings and work through channel chat. Meetings are a time suck.

1. Have a clear vision for your business. Define both your short-term and long-term goals, and devise a plan to achieve them. 2. Take risks and be willing to fail. Don’t be afraid to try something new and different. 3. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Surround yourself with people who can help you reach your goals. 4. Have a customer-first mindset. Keep your customers at the center of everything you do. 5. Develop a strong network. Networking is an essential part of any successful business. 6. Stay organized and stay focused. Don’t get sidetracked by distractions. 7. Keep learning. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices will help keep you ahead of the competition. 8. Be prepared to pivot. Don’t be afraid to make changes when needed. 9. Have a positive attitude. Successful entrepreneurs are positive and resilient in the face of adversity. 10. Don’t give up. Starting a business is hard work, and it’s not for the faint of heart. Persevere and stay focused
