    Focus on transformation, not on your features. People want benefits so: 1/ Identify the pain point you tackle -> Match it with a state. 2/ Identify the benefit you provide -> Match is with a state. 3/ Communicate the path to resolution -> Your goal is to guide your client on the journey. I see so many products here fail miserably at that, it even became a predictable factor of success What do you think?
