My initial go-to is Camtasia. I do a lot of screen recording, and Camtasia is the best I've tried. The editing capabilities are simple but easy to use. Depending on the video, I'll usually also use Premiere. It's not as user friendly out of the gate, but the capabilities are excellent. The collaboration is a favorite of mine as well. I've come to the point where I use both together most projects. Camtasia lately has had issues uploading clearly to YouTube, so I can export it through Premiere instead.

Premier, pretty simple. Depending on the complexity of the edits you're doing could change this. But really if you're simply editing videos then all you need to know is the cut shortcut.

Well, no software can be defined as the 'best' option for a beginner video editor because every video editor has its own comfort zones and he/ she is used to using certain features in a particular program. So what works for others may not work for you. Here's a list of top video editing tools, which you can refer to in order to gain an idea about the options that you can explore. In my opinion, beginners should start from something simple and clear so that they don't feel awkward that they don't understand a thing in software like premiere pro. I would suggest trying first an online video editor, for example, Fastreel, Vimeo, WeVideo. All of them are good trust me because I already tried so many editing apps. My verdict is that for now, Fastreel is the most convenient.

@deepak_karthik_hunter Would love to know more on soe of your fav. tools for mobile. Have used the generic video editor on Moac which is super impressive. My top 03 picks are: 1. Adobe Premiere Pro 2. Apple final cut Pro (recommended) 3. Da Vinci Resolve (little complicated to understand but you'll get used to it) Have always been skeptic of editing videos on mobile. Would love to hear more on tools for handheld devices.

There are lots of software out there and all are pretty powerful on their side. It's not about the best, it's about which software makes your video best among others. If you ask me, I use a combo of Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro. Like I create the base video in After Effects, and then final edit and render out through Premier, and it works wonders!

Hey, dude. I'm a blogger, and in the start of my career, I struggled with two issues: deciding on a blog theme and editing my photographs and videos. If I was able to swiftly solve the problem of themes for my blog thanks to them https://www.movavi.com/learning-..., I had to work hard to solve the problem of editing my videos. And after much trial and error, I've come to the conclusion that Lumen5 is the greatest video editor. It is incredibly practical and simple to use. It also offers a number of tools that will assist you in improving your video. I hope I was of assistance to you. Best of luck!

Depends on the complexity of the edit. Adobe Premiere is pretty good IMO. But for quick edits for TikTok or Instagram videos, mobile apps like Cacput and Alight Motion work well. You can find details https://smartmotionapp.com/video...
