πŸ‘‚An angry customer has an issue...as a customer representative your first responsibility will be make sure you understand to the best the issue further more try to relate with the feeling the customer has so that you can generate necessary empathy towards the customers as you help them ahead. πŸͺž The next step will be for you to acknowledge the customer you have understood the problem and will take the steps to help. Don't say sorry at this stage(saying sorry creates the illusion in customer mind that you indeed made a mistake) But do acknowledge your can understand the inconvenience the inconvenience they must be facing due to the issue. πŸ‘₯ It's now your job to work with your team to find the not just the best solution but how the problem came about to be.(no need to rush here but don't take too long either) Equipped with his knowledge your next job will be to communicate to the customer how the problem came about so that they understand you did not wish that to happen. If the customers understands you they will start feeling more calm and rational towards toward what you present next which is the solution. 🀝 Presenting a solution but your chance to winning the customers trust so take an extra mile needed thats within the companies reach. 😊 If everything has gone accordingly you should have customers who appreciates your work and convert to customers with revived faith. πŸ‘ That said I do want to let you know that are people out there that just cant be satisfied you will start to get a sense of this if they are still not rational towards the solution and will make a demand. Try to fulfilling their demand the best you can once you are done go out clear your mind and come back. If you have really really done a good job you will see that there will be be no need to say sorry but you will say it anyway just a good gesture... if you have done that will you then you know how to really deal with a angry/unsatisfied customer πŸ˜‰ Hope this helps, all the best πŸ‘
